Regulation needed to advance circular economy in Australia

The Australian Council of Recycling has highlighted the importance of regulatory support and strong end markets for advancing the circular economy through effective recycling. Essential changes needed include balancing safety and efficiency, harmonizing waste definitions, and implementing minimum recycled content for packaging
