What's New in Superfy 2.6.2

Superfy 2.6.2 brings CRM Tasks, bulk stop moves between schedules, estimated weight and volume at the point of scheduling, AI analysis on service requests, and 44 fixes.

Superfy 2.6.2 is here. This release is built around a simple idea: the people running collections should be able to change a plan quickly, and should know what a schedule actually weighs before a truck leaves the yard.

Alongside a substantially expanded CRM, a redesigned mobile experience for drivers, and 44 resolved issues, 2.6.2 closes some of the gaps our customers have told us cost them the most time day to day.

Move stops in bulk, safely

Plans change. A truck goes down, a customer moves a collection, a route runs long. Until now, reshaping a schedule meant working stop by stop.

  • Bulk move between schedules. Select multiple stops and reassign them in one action. The move is atomic — it completes in full or not at all, so a schedule is never left half-changed.
  • Multi-select and delete stops directly in routes.
  • Bulk reordering with validation across the full stop set, so an invalid sequence never makes it to a driver.

Know the load before you dispatch

Estimated weight and volume now appear on the Schedule Card and in Schedule Information. A scheduler can see the load implications of a run while they are still building it, rather than discovering a capacity problem when the truck is already out.

Stop Time is also now a first-class field. Where a stop has no explicit time set, the effective time is shown with a Location Default Stop Time tag, so there is no ambiguity about which value is driving the plan.

A CRM your commercial team can actually run on

This is the most heavily developed area of the release.

  • Tasks. A full task list with filters, an edit and read view, and dedicated tabs on both Account and Location records. Follow-ups stop living in someone's inbox.
  • Activities are now Interactions. Renamed throughout, with Interactions available as a tab on Account and Location pages — and you can raise a Service Request directly from one, closing the loop between a conversation and the work it triggers.
  • Ownership fields. Salesperson and Manager on both Account and Location, available as filters in Collection Events and Insights reports.
  • Document management. Configurable document types, auto-filled document names on upload, and direct-to-storage uploads for faster, more reliable handling of large files.
  • Custom fields and Excel export at Account and Location level, including a date-type custom field, plus external ID display for reconciling with upstream systems.

Smarter service requests

Service Request records now surface AI-generated analysis directly on the page, giving schedulers and customer service teams a faster read on what an incoming request actually needs. Improvements to AI Vision also feed more reliable contamination and fill assessments through from container imagery.

Out on the road

The driver app gets a new schedule landing page with a stop list and reorder flow, so crews can see and adjust their run from a single screen. Drivers can jump to any eligible stop mid-route rather than working strictly in sequence, and depot workflows now support repeated load-off events during active navigation — unblocking multi-trip days. Location images are shown at the point of collection, and several iPad stability issues have been resolved.

06 Bug fixes

2.6.2 resolves 44 reported issues across scheduling, CRM, devices, reporting and the mobile app. Highlights include stops now populating correctly on recurring schedules, filters persisting through a page refresh in Insights, dockets downloadable for planned schedules, and temperature and density values respecting your localisation settings rather than defaulting to metric.

Superfy 2.6.2 is rolling out to all customers. For the full change list, including every resolved issue, see the complete release notes — or talk to your account manager about what these changes mean for your operation.
