Job Role

Customer Excellence Manager – Responsible for the logistics & customer excellence for Europe and North America. The role will also require interaction with the wider team to coordinate orders, logistics and to ensure the customer is well supported through the sales process.

This role will also require close collaboration with the senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer order acknowledgement & logistics management
  • Customer site pilot launch project management
  • Customer order deployment & fulfilment
  • Customer order sign off
  • Product lead-time management
  • Point of contact for customer support for Europe & North America
  • ERP system management
  • Support senior management when required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business related discipline or similar, or at least 5 years of experience in supply chain, order management
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, operations & logistics on a global level
  • Experience at working and communicating at a company level
  • Experience in project managing deployment of technical solutions at customer sites
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives under pressure.

  • Online advertising – LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Google Ads
  • Social media – LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook and Instagram
  • SEO and analytics – Google Analytics, Semrush
